About us

This website is run by Larry Adams Menswear (“we”, “us”), 7a Banks Road, West Kirby, Wirral CH48 0QX. You can contact us on 0151 625 9424 or at sales@larryadams.co.uk.

These terms apply to orders placed on this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your order

When you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we send your order for delivery or let you know it’s ready to collect.

We may not be able to accept your order if an item is out of stock, if we can’t process your payment, or if there’s an obvious error in a price or description. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund anything you’ve paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay; see our delivery information.

You can pay by debit or credit card. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.

Products

We’ve tried to show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are a guide. Size guides are shown on product pages where available. If you’re not sure, call us or pop into the shop.

School uniform items are official where we say so, and designs are set by each school.

Personalised items

If you order embroidery, name labels or anything else personalised, please check your spelling carefully. We’ll produce exactly what you enter. Personalised items are made to order and can’t be cancelled or returned once we’ve started work, unless they’re faulty.

Delivery and collection

Delivery options, costs and Click & Collect are explained in our delivery information. The goods become your responsibility once they’ve been delivered to you or collected.

Your right to cancel

For most items bought online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. Our returns and refunds policy explains how.

This right doesn’t apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as embroidered items and name labels.

Faulty goods

If anything you buy from us is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we’ll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Suit hire

Suit hire is arranged with us in person. Enquiries or fitting requests sent through this website aren’t a confirmed booking until we’ve confirmed them with you. The details of your hire, including collection and return dates and what happens if a garment is returned late or damaged, will be explained to you when you’re fitted.

Our responsibility to you

If we don’t keep to these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your information

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Other things you should know

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
