Returns & refunds

Overview

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange.

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, then send or bring the items back within 14 days of telling us. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, with all tags attached, and free of fragrance, make-up or any other marks.

Please include a copy of your emailed invoice with the items. Without it, your refund or exchange may take longer.

Returning by post

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, you’ll need to pay for return postage. We can’t be responsible for returns that go missing in the post, so please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

You’re also welcome to bring items back to the shop in person during opening hours.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive your return for us to process your refund and email you to confirm. The money should then reach your account within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

If you return your whole order, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Exchanges

Please allow up to 10 days from returning your items to receive your exchange. We aim to send exchanges out within 48 hours of receiving them, although this can take longer at busy times. Exchanges depend on stock. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Items we can’t take back

Unless they’re faulty, we can’t accept returns of:

• items that have been embroidered or personalised for you, including name labels
• items that have been altered at your request

Hire garments aren’t covered by this policy. The terms of your hire are explained when you’re fitted.
